la vie ordinaire

This is the distance between Vilnius in Lithuania and Saint Malo in France, where I went with a mini cultural exchange. I went to St. Malo with my and another school in spring and it was an amazing trip. We went by bus and  those 2374 kilometres helped us to know each other better. The time spent in France was absolutely wonderful too.  That week I lived in a family and my correspondent was a french girl. Despite bad weather we explored Lycee Jacques Cartier, Saint Malo old town, took a boat trip, went to the creperie, visited Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and tried the freshest oysters there! We also visited medieval town of Dinan, Rennes, saw incredible nature of Bretagne and Normandy and the elephants of Etretat. As we all probably know, one of the best things in France is food and in Bretagne I tried wonderful crepes, galettes, caramels, oysters, amazing pastries and other things. This place was also super great for photography.
